**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Utilize Google Suite for communication and documentation purposes.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability.
- Assist in financial tasks using Xero software.
- Maintain an organized office environment.
- Computerize information for efficient record-keeping.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle invoices and credit management.
- Process labels for orders.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar financial software.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in data entry and office management.
- Comfortable working with computers and office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of product listing and order processing.
