Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analysing insurance needs, and negotiating insurance policies on behalf of our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales and helping others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyse insurance policies and coverage options to determine the best fit for clients
- Market insurance products to potential clients and generate leads
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with insurance carriers
- Assess the market and the quotes in order to provide the correct cover at the most competitive rate possible
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions
- Comply with the compliance and regulations for this field.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in insurance sales (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in analyzing insurance policies and coverage options
- Ability to effectively negotiate terms and premiums with insurance carriers
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends
