**The Opportunity**
This opportunity to become a Social Responsibility Specialist will include performance managing Cadent’s portfolio and key deliverables through the following activities:
- Collate the data and KPIs associated with RRP, VCMA annual report and social purpose
- Create a data report to allow efficient spend and the calculation of SROI
- Create and manage a repository for all the VCMA projects across the business
- Work with other functions across the business to provide MI and updates where required
- Support in the management of adaptations to external operating and MI systems, ensuring that they work alongside Cadent’s to produce identical outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day activities associated with our charity partner, volunteering and match giving commitments.
This role facilitates the opportunity to be 'theface’ of Cadent at customer events giving you the opportunity to build, develop and collaborate working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the creation of agreements withexternal stakeholders to deliver services to customers in vulnerable situations (CIVS).
You must have an innovate mindset to scan for any project(s) that help support CIVS and aligns with Cadent's customer strategy; And have an awareness of Cadent’s charity partnership, volunteering platform and matched giving.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in a timely manner
- Clear and confident communicator (verbal and written) with business acumen and ability to adapt communication style in given situations
- Good IS capabilities (excel, power point & word, share point, web portals). Training can be provided
- Understanding of customer service delivery -experience in customer service and working to targets is ideal
- Data input skills (speed and accuracy)
- Numerical understanding and manipulation
- Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Computer literate, with understanding of MS Office packages
- Experience of working with external stakeholders
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Driving licence
