Office/accounts Administrator

We are looking for an office & accounts administrator to help with general office duties.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering telephones as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Updating Spreadsheets
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Processing invoices
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Cash Handling & Daily Banking.Qualities required:
- Attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
Experience preferred.
The hours of work are 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am-3.30pm Friday.
You must be able to make your own travel arrangements to and from the Polmadie area.
Pay: £14,406.56-£27,738.90 per year
Work Location: In person
