Proximity Recruitment are searching for a commercial Digital Product Manager (circa £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving digital first, consumer products focused business near Nottingham (hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office).

Responsibilities include:

- Product Discovery
- Continuous discovery cycles to understand, define, and ideate solution to business problems aligned with the product strategy
- Backlog management
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog of the digital products. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to identify potential issues and key capabilities needed whilst ensuring alignment on feature development and prioritisation.
- Analytics
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements to improve CLTV and retention.
- Marketing
- Work with digital marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Customer Insight
- Evaluate, analyse, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources. Understand customer and user personas to develop unique propositions. Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers,developers and research teams from end to end of the process
- Strategy
- Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products. Craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy. Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build productroadmaps.
