At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a** Transport Administrator **based at our **North Tawton** depot.

**The position will involve**:

- Raising customer invoices, including pre invoice checks, obtaining PO’s and matching self-bills.
- Raising Supplier Purchase Orders.
- Processing Haulier sub-contractor invoices.
- General administration duties to include processing driver’s paperwork, scanning paperwork to job and filing where required.
- To liaise directly with the transport team and other GDL delivery depots to ensure that successful deliveries are made on time and in full.
- To assist the transport team in dealing with any delivery issues ie goods rejected at delivery point and rebooking deliveries
- To establish and maintain a strong working relationship within Gregory Distribution by liaising closely with Transport departments across all GDL depot’s and maintain effective communication channels between The Group and customers.
