- Annual Salary - £17,500 (2 Year Contract)
- Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the legal function generally with key administrative and project management tasks
- Supporting the wider legal function and working collaboratively towards achieving the legal functions' objectives and tasks
- Interacting and supporting the wider Finance team and other department functions within Ideagen
- Assisting and completing specific task relating to legal document management, record-keeping, reporting
- Analysis and problem solving under the supervision and with the guidance of the wider legal team
- Dealing with legal enquiries from the wider business with supervision and guidance of the wider legal team
- Attending meetings

Skills and Experience:

- A keen interest in an in-house legal role,
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills,
- Able to present written information clearly and accurately,
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- Analytically minded and solution focused,
- Enjoys working in a fast pace environment.
