Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the HR and Recruitment Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting our staff and managing a variety of human resources functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- HR Administration: Efficiently manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, employee records, and performance reviews. Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
- Recruitment: Run the recruitment process from creating job descriptions, posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding and Induction: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials, organising workwear/PPE and coordinating introductory sessions.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Employee surveys: Administrate the annual Great Place To Work survey, including gathering feedback and tracking employee development.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and organize training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assist in the preparation of HR reports as required by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- CIPD Membership at Associate level of higher
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and ethical approach to HR.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive ‘can do’ enthusiastic attitude, good judgement, and logical thinking

**Job Type**: Part-time
