Applications are encouraged for a stimulating and rewarding leadership role in British Airways. Accountable for the planning and deployment of Operational colleagues, you will be a dynamic individual who has strong communication and analytical skills. You'll manage a large team and collaborate with a wide range of partners, including Network Planning, Flight Operations, Heathrow, Inflight Customer Experience and key Directors. As a high profile and influential position within one of the world’s leading airlines, the role will give you the opportunity to build and employ creative and innovative solutions in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment, with responsibility for key budgetary decisions.

As an inspiring leader, you will be accountable for designing and implementing the strategic direction of the entire resource management solution. Ensuring the planning and delivery of operational resources meet the needs of BA’s flying programme is key.

Duties include
- Accountable for the planning resources to meet the requirements of the operating schedule in timeframes of 5 years out down the day of operation
- Develop a holistic approach for strategic resource plan for network schedules as well as aircraft acquisition.
- Unlock future growth by influencing the end-to-end strategy with network and other resource areas
- Delivering an annual resource plan for the Finance Plan
- Responsible for providing and enabling colleague roster satisfaction
