- Experience of working with young people with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly young people on the Autism Spectrum.
- The ability to manage a small group of young people with complex social communication needs.
- The ability to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential.

**The role is a Permanent, (Monday - Friday)**

**Term-Time only role (approx. 36 weeks)**

**You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.**

**Annual salary: Salary dependent upon experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Graduate

**Salary**: £18,886.17-£33,574.58 per year
