**Job Purpose**

This position plays a crucial role in facilitating various project initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer service and collaboration with stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, providing timely information, and fostering positive relationships to drive project success. This role requires a strong customer focus, dedication to delivery excellence, and effective teamwork abilities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough capacity assessments, focusing on understanding and addressing the needs of stakeholders involved in the project.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient practices for conducting capacity assessments and addressing any capacity-related issues.
- Engage proactively with 3rd parties and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and deliver positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support consultations and appeals, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Input data from project documents, such as contracts, agreements, and requests into appropriate databases or systems.
- Respond to pre-planning enquiries promptly and accurately, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset in all interactions, actively listening to stakeholders' needs and providing timely, tailored support to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Demonstrated experience in project administration, coordination, or related fields.
- Knowledge of water utilities, customer connections, developer service and relevant regulations and procedures would be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and informed recommendations.
- Collaborative teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer systems and data analysis software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Dedicated to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Attentive listening and appropriate response to customer inquiries.
- Problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
- Flexibility in communication and service delivery.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
