The post holder will have experience in managing commercial properties, a sound working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and good communication and report writing skills. The post holder will prepare valuations for Investment and Operational properties; negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals and make recommendations regarding the disposal or retention of the Council’s property assets.
