Do you have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills? Are you experienced in providing a high level of professional administration support? Are you able to manage a busy reception?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Project Support. Working as part of Middlesbrough Council, our team supports those experiencing issues with substance use, domestic violence, and homelessness. Your role will be to organize our teams’ day-to-day operations and provide clerical support to our managers, staff and clients. You will also provide reception services, ensuring our clients are dealt with pleasantly and promptly.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be highly organized and able to multitask with ease._
- Have a friendly and understanding approach when dealing with staff and clients._
- Have great IT skills and experience with office management tools._
- Have a Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail._
- Have experience maintaining internal databases._
- Have experience organizing, storing, and printing company documents._
- Have strong written and oral communication skills._
- Have experience providing a high level of professional administration support under high pressure._
