Target Management
- Liaise with New Business Executives to discuss updates, plans and targets
- Correctly qualify companies and ensure reaching decision makers
- Influence and convince prospects to meet with a NBE by delivering a professional sales pitch discussing Kinect Energy’s services and products
- Provide prospects with required information in professional format with a view of Kinect Energy’s services and company history
- Build relationships with the decision makers, diarising call backs and cancellations
- Continuously update and maintain the company CRM with accurate information
- Update the NBEs calendar with all new meetings and meeting cancellations

Team Management
- Ensure all booked meetings have relevant recordings attached and regularly assess compliance of team calls
- Management and development of the existing and growing teams of Internal Sales Executives, including but not limited to monthly one to ones, performance management reviews, Employee Relations cases etc.
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to strengthen and further develop the Internal Sales department
- To direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales performance
- Provide full training, development and support to all team members
- Monitor and manage employee absenteeism
- Monitor and manage the teams annual leave entitlements
- Ensure yourself and your team adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures

General

- To prepare and produce reports when required
- Continuously build on/improve market knowledge and keep up to date with market movements/trends etc.
- To attend and fully participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews, monthly one to one meetings and company appraisal system
- Contribute to overall team effort
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
- Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded
- Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures to attain and maintain the required competency level to perform the role and, in particular, to promote a culture where customers are treated fairly, with openness and honesty
- Understand the health, safety, environmental & associated legal requirements that are relevant to our work and comply with these. Actively promote issues regarding health, safety & the environment.

- Able to identify prospects by using all methods available, CRM system, press, social media, internet, referrals. (Able to utilize all media to gain potential leads)
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to analyze vertical markets and specific geographical locations within your databases
- Knowledge of the Energy Market would be advantageous, however thorough training will be provided
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, highly competitive tele-sales environment
