**About the Role**
- This position is offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- £40,260 - £47,225 + Bonus + Benefits

**What will I be doing?**
- Provide support for day to day management of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Perform admin tasks such as: set up roles, profiles, permission management.
- Create and update fields, workflows and process builder, reports and dashboards, and data management (using data loader, import wizard, APEX code).
- Create change sets to allow the transition of code changes from the development environments to Live.
- Support data management activities to ensure a high level of data quality and integrity is continuously maintained.
- Managing new releases and helping to roll-out new features and functionality as well as communicating to and educating users about system changes., including documenting functionality.
- Monitoring the platform data quality health daily to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide prompt resolution. Escalate to our third party Support Team or Salesforce Support as necessary.
- Assist in performing and executing functional testing.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills in dealing with a range of customers, including senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly with external and internal parties
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**What are the requirements?**
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience gained in an Salesforce Administrator role.
- Knowledge in complex approval process and validation rules which can impact
- Experience in the customer master records being mastered in Salesforce and the implications of data accuracy feeding our financial systems.
- Previous experience in software development life cycle within an Agile environment.
- Previous experience using industry storyboarding tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Desirable digital signature experience (Adobe sign, Docusign etc)
- Experience in development using APEX coding and java in the Salesforce environment.
