The Company has over 40 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of battery-powered data logging, meter reading and pressure control products for the utilities sector. The products and solutions use the latest technologies and innovation to facilitate efficient management of water and gas networks.

Working within our Data Centre, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to join the existing team delivering our customer’s data requirements. Duties include but are not restricted to:

- Responding to and recording site based information from both internal and external engineers into company databases.
- Monitoring of systems and projects.
- Liaison with and handling of customer queries.
- Analysis and interpretation of data.
- Creation of project performance reports.

Working 35 hour a week to work on a rotation basis covering Monday to Friday either working 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break.

- Competent using Microsoft packages, specifically MS Excel
- Flexible in approach to working hours
