Lead Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of a full time, Band 4, Lead Administrator for the Dales Living Well team.
**Please note**: This role will be accross 2 teams. The North Dales Adult CMHT is located in Matlock and the South Dales Adult CMHT is located in Ashbourne. The successful applicant will be expected to travel accross both sites during the week.
The post holder will provide high level, comprehensive administrative support to the Living Well Team in The Dales to assist with the planning, design and delivery of the project.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with a wide variety of people, services and organisations, both internal to the Trust and from numerous external organisations.
The successful post holder will need the ability to deal with complex information and to have excellent IT skills to be able to create, develop and maintain spread sheets, databases and other electronic systems to capture and maintain overall accurate project data.
We are looking for an individual who can manage their day
- to-day workload with limited supervision, is able to act on their own initiative and who is able to cope with working to tight and multiple deadlines, in a constantly changing environment.
The post holder will have administrative responsibility for supporting the delivery of a flexible, responsive local service, taking forward a Living Well Integrated Pathway in The Dales.
This team will co-ordinate from different sites across The Dales (Matlock and Ashbourne) and may not have a traditional "base".
The post holder will need access to car/public transport if required to be at different locations on different days.
There may also be some home-working involved.
