A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical Specialist physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team. The service delivers rehabilitation programmes in a variety of settings across Flintshire.

All staff have access to regular supervision and training. A team leader and cardiorespiratory advanced practitioner are available for clinical support.

It is essential that applicants hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work.

This is an opportunity to work in an established and supportive team in a beautiful part of north Wales.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Working collaboratively with the advanced practitioner to deliver a high-quality clinical service in the East Integrated Health Community.

Working collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Leadership team to develop service improvement opportunities.

Providing clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the service including planning and coordinating service delivery and service evaluation.

The assessment and management of complex patients. Developing and delivering individualised treatment programmes and working effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Supporting the on-going education and development of the team to ensure a high quality, evidence-based service.

Lead educator for student placements.
