Head of Customer Success - Full Time - Crawley, United Kingdom

oin our Customer Success team within the Services division in London as a Customer Success Manager to help us take our customer engagement strategies to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Deliver a customer Onboarding framework to effectively identify and add value to the customer's requirement or offering at the earliest opportunity
- Clearly demonstrate to the customer the shortest way to ROI
- Provide focus and clarity across all internal departments on the opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade while keeping the best interests of the customer a priority
- Develop customer relationships leading to customer advocacy
- Lead customer turnaround activities, turning damaged or plateaued relationships into customer advocacy relationships

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Degree in a relevant area
- Senior Management/Leadership experience
- Key Customer Relationship Management
- Commercial strategy development
- Commercial contracts & tendering
