We are one of the world's leading manufacturers of audio life-safety equipment, specialising in Induction Loops, Voice Alarms, Disabled Refuge Alarms and Voice Communication systems.

Based in Washington, this a permanent role with excellent working conditions.

Our starting salary is **£11.20 - £12.40** dependant on experience.

We can be flexible with your working days, either 3 full days or 5 mornings or afternoons, between the hours of **08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday.**

You will be an invaluable member of our team and provide technical support to our customers and manufacturing teams. Your main responsibilities will be;
- Fault finding and repair on printed circuit boards down to component level.
- Verify repairs by completing test routines on assemblies and fully assembled units.
- Rework of any sub standard products.
- Completion of non conformance reports, engineering change notes, material review board and updates to engineering procesess via our internal computer systems.
- To create & make changes to manufacturing documentation using Coreldraw software.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a high attention to detail and take pride in their work to maintain Signet's impeccable standards.

You must have an electronics qualification to ONC level or have proven electronics experience, soldering to IPC610 standard and rework electronics to SMT level.

Knowledge of using an Oscilloscope, Mulitimeter, Power supply and signal generators would be beneficial.
