**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an RPI Senior Consultant, you will be taking on a market facing role that will allow you to use data-driven insights to identify and deploy Retailer performance improvement opportunities in Parts and Accessories Revenue and Customer Satisfaction across the global JLR Retailer network. You will work as part of team to introduce and embed Business Performance Intelligence tools in our global markets to drive real change in our Retailer networks.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**

Within this role, you will take ownership of Intelligence product launches in Markets with Regional Managers (Retailer Benchmarking, Group Benchmarking, Lead KPI, Scenario Planning tool etc) this will involve development and follow up of Action Plans with Markets and Regional Managers, and analysing and defining data-driven insights and actions for improvement of retailer and market P&A revenues, working with business process owners and SMEs in the following areas:
The wider Business Performance Intelligence and Revenue & Loyalty teams, including close cooperation with the Service Market Development team, Regional and Market P&A Commercial colleagues, Market Performance, Global Accessories Product team, Aftermarket Supply Chain, Commercial Planning (MIS) team, TCS

You will also be expected to handle management of appropriate performance metrics to ensure increased Retailer and Market revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction alongside monitoring, reporting and provision of trends and achievements at market level. Whilst monitoring derivation of continuous improvement based on market feedback and proven impact of the tool, Status updates; Cost / Scope / Quality tracking and assurance; Risk management and Identification of extraordinary improvements triggered by retailer benchmarking to understand the best practise driving it (e.g. process, campaign, programme etc.)

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills, both written and verbal, working in a cross-functional environment.
- Effective people management through change proven by delivering either a change program or project using change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Management of sales performance in the automotive business (accessories, parts, services).
- Business analytics - knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices to manage complex datasets, analyse trends and summarise key messages and recommendations.
- Data visualization - knowledge of the tools and techniques for visualising business insights and information, able to create graphs, tables, images that relay the message clearly to the target audience. Knowledge of key tools such as Tableau.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of international projects in multiple markets
- Sound understanding of automotive retailer processes either in operations or transformation. In particular experience with accessories or parts sales.
