**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This role sits in the Learning Academy and will be responsible for delivering on the Learning & Development priorities in our Corporate and Commercial functions.

You will provide exceptional, inclusive and sustainable learning and development opportunities and experiences to employees, supporting personal and business growth.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducting needs analysis with stakeholders to identify skills and proficiency
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, growth and development across the organisation.
- Keep abreast, share and update on external trends and practices which influence future needs. Engage with external networks to gain new perspectives and fresh ideas.
- Account Management of key suppliers ensuring delivery of service in line with contract.
- Manage senior stakeholders in areas of responsibility to ensure implementation of the Academy strategy
- Promote the adoption of digital forms of delivery and knowledge transfer
- Develop project plans to ensure JLR Learning Plan can be met
- Presenting on, influencing and communicating approach, design, plans and outcomes to stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU-LL NEED**
- Experience in a Learning & Development consulting role, with proven track record of delivery of successful organisation capability projects.
- Expertise in learning styles, methodologies and concepts to formulate best fit solution.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to use data and metrics to evaluate the efficiency of learning solutions
- Proven project management skills
- Experience of business influencing and contracting
- Competent in MS office, MS Teams and Apps. Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.**SO WHY US?**
