The Role
As a Design Manager, you will be on the frontlines of Design & Build projects within the education and healthcare sectors. Your keen eye for detail, coupled with a robust portfolio in construction design management, will be indispensable as you lead our creative team to exceed expectations at every turn.
Key Responsibilities
- **Leadership and Collaboration**: Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative design process that integrates all stakeholders' visions.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire design phase of complex D&B projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with client objectives.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold the highest design standards, focusing on sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics that elevate educational and healthcare facilities.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable designs and building lasting relationships based on trust and superb delivery.

Required experience
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in design-build construction, preferably in education and healthcare sectors.
- A degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Mastery over design software and technologies relevant to the design-build process.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and lead a team effectively.
