**The Opportunity**
As Classic Programme Leader, you will be responsible for the programme management and delivery of Jaguar, Land Rover & Bespoke vehicle programmes. Utilising the Classic PCDS delivery process which has been tailored to be appropriate for the small volume, classic nature of our business whilst still ensuring the process is robust, compliant and delivers to time and budget.
Whilst program focussed you will work closely with other functions to support to ensure timely delivery and robust progression through the Classic PCDS gateways. You will lead all functions within Classic to deliver high value programmes and desirable products from concept through to customer hand over. You will work with finance to ensure that budgetary control is robust & reporting is on track to support the gateways, the Operations team to ensure build plans & vehicle delivery is understood, purchase and MP&L to confirm that parts procurement support the vehicle builds and the Commercial team to ensure launch plans support program and Classic business requirements.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Ensure Classic programmes adhere to the Classic PCDS structure to ensure rigid and robust planning that will deliver vehicle programmes safely to quality, time and budget guidelines.
- Monitor, manage and report programme status and progress against key metrics and deliverables using Classic JLR-PCDS principles.
- Prepare and present gateway and programme status papers for senior review.
- Liaise with a cross-functional team to develop the appropriate programme content to meet customer, technical, attribute, and financial requirements.
- Assist with the compilation of the business case for the programme in support of overall business planning objectives.
- Drive resolution of issues throughout program delivery to ensure cost, timing and quality is maintained.

- Deliver projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the Classic business cycle plan.
- Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
- Drive issue resolution to ensure program cost, timing and quality is maintained.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to Classic gateway deliverables.
- Track and measure projects and report Project status to senior management and Classic team
