Early Years Practitioner

Willows Montessori Nursery is a small setting based in a semi-rural location. We provide care and education for children from Birth to 5 years following the Montessori Method of Education. We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. A relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 and a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage would be preferable. Experience of working with pre-school aged children is also preferable, but not essential.

An understanding of the Montessori Approach to Education would be advantageous although not essential. We provide staff with plenty of opportunity to progress their own personal development should they desire including training as a Forest School Leader and Montessori training.

Hours: 26-36 hours per week

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience.
