**The Job**:
Job Title: Learning and Organisation Development

Location: London, hybrid

**Salary**: £46,000 (DoE)

**What would I be doing day to day?**

Key duties:

- Work alongside heads of business units in the planning process to identify, diagnose and plan to address L&OD needs through a clear strategic framework and a pragmatic, tailored support to enable performance improvement and increased engagement and development.
- Provide a professional international L&OD Consultancy service to promote development, improve performance and engagement and enable successful delivery of objectives and strategy.
- Advise and guide leadership on how to successful manage change and offer pragmatic solutions.
- Develop effective and strong relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing a framework for 360-degree feedback and integration of behavioural based competencies into organisational processes and systems.
