HRGO are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken and dedicated Sales/Customer Service administrator to join our small hard-working business based in Bishops Stortford.

The offices are easily accessible via public transport and car.

As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely alongside our customers with the accounts and warehouse teams to provide a customer centric, end-to-end service, second to none.

Daily responsibilities could include:

- Raising and processing sales purchase orders
- Creating customer quotations and pro forma invoices
- Liaising with our onsite warehouse management team to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring goods are received by customers within agreed time frames.

The successful Sales Administrator will need the following:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous customer service skills
- Thrive on delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Confident taking ownership when handling customer complaints
- Previous sales experience but not essential
- Previous administration experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft, excel and word.
