The opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking HR knowledge and content specialist to join our established and growing team in London.

The HR knowledge and content manager role is a key conduit within the operations change environment to support the presentation of campaigns/content for talent attraction, and coordinate the refresh and maintenance of content for MyHR, Infomace and Manager portal.

The incumbent will manage the day-to-day creation and management of HR-related content for internal platforms and externally on Phenom ensuring that all content meets guidance provided by Marcomms on the tone of voice, standards, brand expression and imagery as well as the different needs of audiences (personas, jurisdictions, accessibility).

Support the creation and adherence to content governance including approvals. Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders and HR process owners to ensure the content supports the relevant people processes, seeks continuous improvement via user feedback and prioritising appropriately to meet the business need to deliver improvements in attraction content, campaigns, chatbot/digital assistant etc.

Develops appropriate metrics to identify and deliver improvements and enhance the employee experience by fostering a collaborative, innovative employee-centric approach.

Develop the approach to engagement with a wide variety of stakeholders on the content-related plans to ensure appropriate buy-in and support as well as alignment with the firm’s purpose, strategic priorities and 2026 strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding the approach to content creation using knowledge/content management technology (e.g., Phenom, Service Now and/or other portal and website technology, taxonomy and integrations).
- Managing priorities between talent attraction/campaign creation and knowledge management content/document management within a clear governance and change control environment.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of content and knowledge management, utilising user feedback and data to drive improvements and new ways of working.
- Working with key stakeholders and process owners to manage and curate content ensuring consistency and impactful content.
- Campaigning content to promote the Mace brand and job families to increase talent attraction.
- Maintaining and renewal of MyHR content post-go-live.

About you

To be considered for this newly created opportunity you will have a strong track record in promoting EVP effectively and impactfully through the lens of content. You will have excellent content writing skills within a framework of solid adherence to brand guidelines and experience in a broad range of HR activities and projects requiring content creation and management. You have the ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several content-related activities simultaneously is a must. You will also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to collaborate effectively at all levels, with the ability to engage with diverse teams; both culturally and geographically to ensure content is fit for purpose firm-wide.
