**About the Role**

The Facilities Co-Ordinator role is part of the Operations section of the Estates and Facilities Directorate. The post holder will be required, as directed by the Assistant Facilities Manager, to manage the operational delivery and co-ordination of a customer focused facilities management service, including cleaning, waste management and janitor services within the residential team. They will be required to actively monitor and measure the quality of the services under their Management by performing internal audits and customer surveys, ensuring service level agreements are met and internal processes and procedures are correctly implemented. This post will primarily be based at the Mile End campus.
