Illuminet are currently looking for a Functional Lead/Business Analyst with significant expertise in M365 tool suite to:

- Operate as an expert who understands their product on a technical level and by listening to people and understanding their needs, advises on the right solution and approach to meet those needs
- Support the CX Pillar and Business Department leads in the prioritisation and sequencing of the workplace services roadmap including horizon-scanning and analysis activity with business teams
- Identify opportunities to make changes to ways of working at an organisation enterprise level that demonstrably link to improved outcomes and benefits for teams
- Ensure the design of solutions meets user/business needs as well as organisation compliance with information and records management and cyber security standard.

**Essential Requirements**
- Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Experience leading presentations, facilitate workshops and meetings.
- Strong inter-personal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of change management in complex environments
- Experience of service management and support activities, in luding incident and problem management
- M365 Functional Consultants Certification or similar experience demonstrating relevant Microsoft expertise
- Significant product experience in consulting, managing and implementing M365 suite of tools, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner
- Experience working successfully in a complex Matrix organisation

Desirable
- Experience of working within a regulated environment
- Agile/DevOps skills and experience
