We are looking for passionate, Support Workers looking to make a positive change to Children and Young people who display some behaviour that challenges and EBD. All our residential services are OFSTED registered and have a therapeutic approach which helps us to provide safe, secure, and stable homes for children and young people from age 10-18 years The company is expanding its already successful Children’s Residential Homes, so we are keen to talk to experienced Children's Residential Support Workers or those looking to move into Children's Residential Care looking for a fresh start and a fantastic, rewarding career.

We will support and pay you handsomely with a great basic pay, plus sleeps, additional overtime with plenty of paid training and progression, excellent benefits for holiday pay and entitlement and the opportunity of working in a home where morale is high and staff turnover is low.

**Can you**:

- Support Children with EBD, Behaviour which challenges in a Residential Setting
- Act as a Key Worker
- Be part of a team as well as work autonomously.
- Provide Person centred care.
- Instil Strong support
- Develop Strong leadership skills (potential for Senior role)
- Be able to read triggers and handle various level of Behaviour which challenges.
- Respond with compassion with young people.

- Be A true teammate with the ability to work autonomously.
- Provide Transferable DBS
- Provide Clean Valid Driver’s License
- Suitable and satisfactory References
