We are on the lookout for an ambitious, fun and people-focused individual who would like to join us in a capacity of an HR Administrator to help in day-to-day activities in the people/support office team. Please note this role is office based, our Stix HQ is based in Golders Green.

**KEY DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring People's Inbox and responding to any queries or escalating when necessary.
- Gather, collate and organise documentation for new joiners' personnel records, Payroll and HR systems, including offer letters, contracts of employment, right to work documentation etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for People related queries, providing general advice on areas such as absence and performance management, family leave and pay, flexible working, contracts, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- As the in-house Fourth People System expert, you are responsible for providing a first-class service internally, ensuring all data is uploaded and maintained correctly, changes are made in a timely manner, Line Managers are trained and access levels are apportioned correctly.
- Assisting People Business Partner with Apprenticeship administration when required.
- Work with the People Team to deliver ad hoc projects.
- Liaise regularly with our Payroll Team, ensuring all pay and pension queries are resolved in a speedy manner. Provide ad-hoc cover for Payroll Assistant if and when required.
- Work with the Resourcing and Onboarding team to support recruitment initiatives and onboarding of new employees.
- Responsibility in the area of reporting on people insight and analysis, including headcount, starters, leavers, turnover & retention, absence, employee relations, promotions and diversity.
- Producing reports and maintaining data on all people platforms.
- Regular file audits.
- Gathering any missing data or paperwork.
- Maintaining our shared drive along with relevant people trackers.
- Any other duties that may arise.

- You take pride in your interpersonal skills, valuing relationship building in particular, and have a warm and sunny sense of humour
- You are a stickler for detail and take a proactive approach to problem-solving

Essential:

- Results-driven - people, quality, service, environment, sales & profitability.
- Self-motivated and strong work Ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Experience of managing sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Be a Team player, and work with Integrity.

Desirable:

- CIPD Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
- Knowledge of Flow Learning Management System (Mapal One).
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience of working in a similar HR role.
