Sales Support Administrator

Due to business growth we are assisting our Lichfield based client who have an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will be fully office based.

You will be part of a fun and helpful team where everyone works together towards the end goal.

Your role will be to support the wider team with day to day customer related tasks

The Role

Providing a high level of customer service to clients

Liaising with customers via telephone and e mail to obtain accurate information

Generating and sending quotations and following them up

Answering live chat calls

Processing orders and managing orders through to delivery

Query management

Scheduling appointments for the Area Manager

Updating customer records

Liaising with internal departments

The Individual

Office based experience in a similar role

Fast accurate keyboard skills

Reliable and trustworthy

A team player

Hours: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Mon - Fri on a rota basis to be agreed

Salary £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
