Rental Operations Support Administrator

**Overall Job Purpose**
- To process fines / PCNs / other traffic violations
- To provide support to vehicle rental administration
- Invoicing, both interim and end of hire, keeping all records updated and accurate.
- Maintaining and building good relationships with both customers and stake holders.
**Scope of Job**
You will be part of a small team responsible for all administration tasks relating to the support function within the central reservations and support team.
Managing our customers dashboards and keeping them updated. Taking phone calls and supporting the overflow calls for the reservations team.
**Main Duties**
Processing PCN’s.
Daily invoicing of live and terminated hires
Ensuring we capture additional charges, including excess mileage, fuel, etc
Updating corporate customer dashboards/run reports and day sheets
Assisting the Central Reservations team with overflow calls and hire requests
Working closely with our branches to ensure all off hires are actioned, relevant paperwork on the rentals and any extension requests actioned on behalf of the branches/client
Maintaining daily diaries for accurate reporting
Ensuring customer insurance policies are updated and renewed as and when they expire
Tariff data is entered and maintained within Prohire for each client
**Skills & Experience**
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer literate. Team player but able to work from own initiative.
Administration experience necessary. Motor industry experience preferred but not essential.
Willingness to learn. Dynamic individual. Punctual and good timing keeping.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
