Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise a team of skilled fabricators and provide guidance and support.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide accurate quotes and estimates.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of materials and supplies.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
