**What would you do in this role and what are we looking for?**
- Help to promote independence
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with cleaning, shopping, and other day to day activities
- Caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be proactive and have a can-do attitude
- Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties and complex needs
- Experience in supporting challenging behaviour
