Multitask Personnel are currently recruiting Administration Support Officer, based in the Wakefield area working on a temporary contract, working within the Local Authority, working 37 hours per work between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Pay on the role is £12.70per hour.

Duties of the
- Responsibility for producing and validating weekly Payment Schedules.
- Provide regular, accurate and timely Budget monitoring information to senior managers, to inform forecasting for future provision costs and strategic commissioning planning.
- To assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Service Development and Improvement Plans in relation to the Co-ordination service.
- To develop and implement appropriate systems and procedures to support the co-ordination service.
- To assist in the development and provision of public information to operational staff and service users on Community Care Services procured via the co-ordination service.
- To liaise with operational staff regarding the operation of the co-ordination service.
