We now have an exciting opportunity for a convenience store breakfast assistant to join Aparthotel Birmingham

As a convenience store breakfast assistant, you will be required to **master the art of versatility** and **inject some energy** whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

- Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with in the food-to-go section of the store.
- Ensure all food is prepared to high quality and safety standards.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Continuously maintaining clean and tidy standards within the food-to-go and kitchen areas at all times.
- Ensure that all breakfast products are properly displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking and ordering.
- To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel and the store.
- Understanding your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification.
- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be fully knowledgeable with services and promotions offered by the hotel and the store.
- Be able to work early morning shift (5am starts) and be flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
