We now have an exciting opportunity for a convenience store assistant to join Aparthotel Birmingham

As a convenience store assistant, you will be required to **master the art of versatility** and **inject some energy** whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

- Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
- Continuously maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on shop floor for customers at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel.
- Assist with hotel security. Ensure any issues effectively communicated to the Duty Manager as soon as possible.
- Understanding your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification.
- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be fully knowledgeable with services and promotions offered by the hotel and the shop.
