**Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience would be preferred, ideally from working in a similar fast paced role.
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent communication skills
- You will work closely with customers developing positive working relationships and responding to any customer requests or queries in a timely manner

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blaydon-On-Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
