Professional, well established company is seeking to appoint an Trainee Administration Assistant to work in our Blaydon office.

The position is permanent, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a first class service to our customers.

Working as part of a team, duties include:

  • Producing quotations
  • Processing customer orders
  • Administrative support
  • Maintaining the existing database
  • Good knowledge of computer operations
  • Excellent communication skills & strong customer service orientation
  • Good listening & response skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • A proactive approach towards work
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving, vibrant environment as part of a successful team. Very easily accessible by public transport. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
