Old Haulage is a well-established and growing company that provides transportation services across the country. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Transport Administrator to join our team. The Transport Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day transportation operations and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation schedules, routes and shipment tracking.
• Work with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage transportation records and reports.
• Assisting with billing and invoicing for transportation and storage services.
• Chasing debts.
• Manage transportationrelated issues and problems and provide solutions to them.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transportation or logistics preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritise tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- knowledge of Sage preferred but not essential.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation preferred, training will be given.

Salary dependent upon experience.
