We are recruiting two Business Improvement & Implementation Managers to join us at KFM to support our teams to deliver complex projects and programmes of work, alongside managing our continuous improvement activities. These roles are embedded within ouroperational directorates and will report into a senior operational manager. Outside of this direct reporting line, these roles will lead a community of practice for continuous improvement and project management across KFM.

In the role of Business Improvement & Implementation Manager you will provide support to your allocated business area to deliver complex projects which provide tangible improvements for our business in terms of customer experience and efficiency savings.Whilst these role sit within an operational directorate, there will be an element of cross functional activity and larger corporate projects to support as part of your portfolio of work.

We are looking for people with the ability to work in a complex environment to understand and articulate business requirements and to use their knowledge of our business to support to prioritisation and viability assessment of projects and programmes ofwork. Internal and external stakeholder management skills are vital in these roles which are required to work collaboratively across operational teams / boundaries and back office support functions in order to facilitate the development and implementationof solutions to business problems.

You'll have responsibility for a Continuous Improvement Lead, who will have their own portfolio of activity, alongside supporting larger scale projects and programmes of work, and making sure that all activity being undertaken is being monitored to supportthe delivery of the identified benefits.

We have designed a number of new roles to provide support to our business areas to carry out improvement activity and support the implementation of both continuous improvement initiatives, as well as more distinct projects.

**Hours**: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
**Salary**: £55,000 to £60,000
