In your role, you will:

- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Analyse business performance with the department and research alternative solutions.
- Assist the Continuous improvement specialist in the design and implementation process change management process, including the governance required to ensure adherence to improvement efforts across the applicable site.
- Integrate improvement efforts across facility.
- Support the Continuous improvement specialist in the preparations of material for strategic plans and process improvements of key site initiatives for management briefings, such as process improvement initiatives.
- Support process development within the organisation.
- Assist management with benchmarking process implementation across the applicable site in order to establish the appropriate improvement targets.
- Assist the Continuous improvement specialist in the analysis of site-wide balanced scorecard/key performance indicators (i.e., objectives), identifying improvement plans and metrics by function in alignment with overall Bombardier business objectives to improve performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- You have experience in process management improvement,
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- You have Basic knowledge of terminology and functionality of logistics / spares distribution techniques and processes preferably related to aerospace industry
- You have analytical skills necessary to collect, interpret, and display data
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, senior management, other business areas, partners (other sites), and suppliers
- You have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize workload within a multiple project setting
- You are proficient computer skills - Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), Teams.
