**2. Description of the department**

We are a team consisting of 58 professionals o/w 30 based in Paris and in London and 28 based in Atlanta, investing on behalf of institutional investors in Real Estate debt instruments including Senior European loans, US mortgage Loans and European Mezzanine Loans.
Our team was created in 2005 as the first non-banking commercial real estate debt platform and has rapidly grown to reach c.€23bn of assets under management making us the largest Commercial Real Estate Debt platform in Europe and the 6th largest in the world.

**3. The main responsibilities of the role**

**Transaction Analysis** - You will be fully integrated in the investment process, from the sourcing of a transaction to the Investment Committee presentation. You will be exposed to a diversity of sectors (Logistics, Residential, Data Centers, Office, Office,) and jurisdictions (Continental Europe, the UK, the US). To do, you will conduct detailed analysis of the market, the underlying asset, and will have to produce tailored cash-flows/valuation models and simulate various scenarios.

**Market & Company Analysis** - You will elaborate short memos to improve the team’s knowledge on specific topics but also produce thorough corporate and financial analysis of Property Companies, or of specific sponsors and tenants as part of Investment Committees’ preparation.

**Portfolio Management & Monitoring** - You will assist fund managers in the daily management of their specific funds which includes participating in their monitoring (portfolio performance, derivatives, cash management, reporting to clients, follow-up of borrowers/agents requests) of the funds. Those tasks will be performed using fund management software and in collaboration with the middle-office team.

**_ Education/Qualifications_**
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Engineering or Real Estate

**_Experience_**
- Previous experience in a financial institution or in a real estate company is a plus

**_Competencies_**
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Team player, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure, desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Advanced skills in Excel (modelling). Knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage
