Customer Support Administrator

We provide tailored cost management solutions to businesses in various cost areas including energy, waste, and merchant services.

Due to recent growth, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Customer Support Administrator to join the customer experience team based in central Bristol.

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the company, as required. You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team who will support you in developing your IT skills, improve your attention to detail as well as your communication skills.

You will be studying toward your **Business Administration Level 3 **apprenticeship with Next Level training who will help you develop new knowledge and skills over a 16-month long window

Key duties
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Helping to resolve customer service queries in a timely fashion
- Capturing customer information correctly in our purpose-built in-house CRM system
- Helping to manage the on-boarding of new clients, submitting and processing customer contracts
- Flexibility to undertake additional tasks when required to support the effective day-to-day running of the office

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

This is a full time, permanent role based in Bristol. 37.5 hrs per week.
