Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Fleet Presentation Manager to join our passionate and driven team in National - West Coast Mainline

Reporting to the **Account Director,** this role will oversee the management of all aspects of the Alstom fleet cleaning contract at stations and turnaround locations. Will also be responsible for the delivery of key projects to move the business fromgood to great.

**Job Title: Fleet Presentation Manager**

**Working Hours: Variable Shift Rota - 09:00 - 17:30 - 40 hours per week**

**Location: National - West Coast Mainline**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- You will take the lead operationally and commercially for your sector in ensuring that contracted services perform to the highest standards, fulfil all contractual obligations and deliver on financial targets
- You will maintain and deliver the standard for safety, quality, time and cost control
- Monitor and be accountable for the sector goals to improve on service delivery and operational performance, developing shared goals with stakeholders and internal teams to grow the relationship
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Alstom contract management team, the operations delivery team, as well as with 3rd party service providers to deliver effective services to Alstom.
- You will lead change across the sector and, collaborate with stakeholders and staff across the Alstom contract to ensure buy-in to adapt to new ways of working.
- Be accountable for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, operational performance, innovations, regional events, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options.
- Be responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business.
- Manage the development of operational plans by playing a lead role in all the development activities performed by the business, establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and tangible plans
- Alongside the Account Director, support the strategic planning process to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value-adding.
- Consult with directors on strategic priorities to ensure appropriate consideration of the operational goals.

**About You**:

- A proven track record in operations leadership roles.
- Experience of budgeting and forecasting, examining financial data and using this to improve profitability.
- Inspire others to realise a requirement irrespective of circumstance.
- Conduct continuous conversations to lead and motivate your team, providing advice, support and guidance on operational issues.
- Be flexible in your time management to ensure that you have contact with the whole team
- Ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others.
- Can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change
- Possess the ability to think ahead in order to establish an effective and appropriate course of action for self and others.
- Prioritises and plans activities considering all the relevant factors such as deadlines, staffing and resources requirements
