You will be joining the Review & Financial Advice Team who are based at our Head Office site, The Bailey. We exist to support customers with their financial and insurance needs today and in later life. We are made up of 5 different roles and a total of 40 colleagues, but with 2 very clear job functions: Commercial and Ongoing Service.

What Is In It For You?- Annual discretionary bonus scheme: on average our Customer Consultants received an on-target bonus of 8% dependent on personal and company performance. What Will You Be Doing?

You will work with colleagues who speak to our customers, and you will help them use their time in an effective way. You will support them with their resource and will take ownership of allocating it each day. You will also provide reports and MI to your Leadership Team who in turn, will consult you when it comes to process/system improvements.- Reviewing inbound communication channels such as online portals, mail requests and Outlook mailboxes- Distributing opportunities appropriately to the relevant colleagues- Accurately entering data into core systems- Support the distribution of customer literature and meeting packs.- Provide reports to Leadership Team- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing processes to drive efficiencies.- Ensure that performance and behaviours are in line with the Society’s Values & Behaviours Framework

What Do We Need From You?- Excellent data entry skills- Strong organisational and time management skills- Clear verbal and written communication skills- Attention to detail.- Adept at using data entry systems such as MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook- Ability to work at pace.
