The Elephant at Woolton is looking for a driven, enthusiastic & passionate Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinatorto join our team
**Rate of Pay**
- £27,500 - experience & role dependant.
- Based on 48 hour working week.
- Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month (salaried).

**Rota Schedule**
Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.
Working under the General Manager & Assistant General Manager, you will be supported in delivering great guest experiences whilst developing your own skills and career.
- Evidence of successful project work in previous roles.
- Drive & **passion** - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business.
- Confidence with finding solutions and resilience to daily challenges.
- Our sales coordinators are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & **initiative** to drive sales whilst building a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
- Identify and maximise pre-booked sales, through proactively driving pre-booked events.
- Create and execute a sales plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for the team.
- Set up initiatives with local businesses and events companies.
- Attend networking events, raising the profile of the venue within the local community.
- Manage venue social media and driving existing sessions.
- Confidence to let your **personality **shine.
- Confidence in running & managing functions & guest experience - being part of the action and helping on the floor.
