Assist the Property Accounts Manager with the arrears management and various credit control/finance processes:
**Credit Control**
- Credit control/ arrears management/ recovery and legal proceedings
- Prompt resolution of account queries
- Tenancy rent audits

**Finance**
- Credit/debit card reconciliations
- Raising and issuing invoices
- Posting and processing receipts
- Bank reconciliation
- Deposit deductions/ End of Tenancy charges
- Supporting the month end reconciliation process
- Providing holiday / sickness cover for Property Accounts team

**Personal Specification**

- Effective debt collection skills

**Requirements**:
Accounting experience (Minimum 2 years)

Credit control experience - Desirable
